With more than 12 years in the automotive industry, Brian Harig has built his career around leadership, mentorship, and helping others succeed. While he enjoys the fast-paced nature of the business, what truly brings him the most fulfillment is watching people grow. Brian believes every career has to start somewhere, and whether someone joins the team as a porter, wash attendant, or lube technician, he loves seeing them recognize their potential, work hard, and turn an opportunity into a rewarding career. Watching young employees gain confidence, develop new skills, and achieve goals they never thought possible is one of the most meaningful parts of his job. Brian is also known for his positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine investment in the people around him. He enjoys creating an environment where others feel supported, encouraged, and motivated to be their best every day. When he's away from the dealership, there's a good chance you'll find Brian doing something golf-related. Whether he's out on the course, watching a tournament, playing VR golf, or reading about the game, golf is easily his biggest passion. He's an avid fan of Rory McIlroy and enjoys following the sport whenever he can. Above everything else, Brian's favorite role is being a husband and father. He loves spending quality time with his wife and young son, making memories together wherever they go. Whether he's pulling his son to the park in a wagon, introducing him to the game of golf, or simply enjoying family time, those moments mean the most to him.
