I have been a service advisor at Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet for nearly eight years, and have spent a total of nearly a decade working in the dealership industry. A graduate of Troy Athens High School, I am proud to hold every GM certification for service advising and training, along with the GM Mark of Excellence award. My approach is straightforward: I focus on taking care of people and helping them navigate their vehicle service needs. I believe my clients value working with me because I am transparent and relate to them on a personal level. I don’t push for unnecessary repairs; I prioritize clear communication and do whatever is needed to support the customer throughout the process. I truly enjoy the challenge of fixing cars and ensuring the job is done right. Outside of the shop, my life is centered around my family. I am married to my wife, Shelby, and we have a one-year-old son named Malcolm. Growing up, I played hockey, and it remains a primary interest of mine today. I am also deeply involved in the world of racing, whether it’s cars, motorcycles, F1, Supercross, or MotoGP. When I’m not at the dealership, I’m usually talking about sports, music, or anything with an engine. Whether you want to discuss a mechanical issue or the latest race results, I’m always here to help.

Pitiful ! Overcharged ! The A/C recharge was awful expensive with no results. You people know what in addition was needed ? Why didn't you tell me ? It could have been fixed while I was there ? I asked that on the full service oil change that all liqids under the hood were checked and brought up to proper levels and air pressure 35 lbs. in every tire. None of that was done ? The 4 wheel alignment, another big $$$$Charge, I don't think was done either.To charge someone Almost $1,000.00 for a half assed job is disturbing. I am not happy at all..........JRB !
