I have spent the last 8 years building my career at Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet, starting as a BDC representative before advancing to BDC manager and eventually transitioning into my current role as a Product Specialist. My background has given me a comprehensive understanding of the automotive industry and the specific needs of our clients. I pride myself on being a calm, knowledgeable, and understanding professional who focuses on finding the right solutions for those I work with. Outside of the dealership, I value staying active and healthy, and I spend most of my free time working out at the gym. When I’m not at work or training, you can usually find me up north, often out riding my dirt bike. I am a lifelong resident of Waterford and enjoy staying connected to the local community.

Kaitlyn was awesome. She gave me a no BS approach. She got me a fair deal on my trade, exactly what i wanted, and good price on the purchase. I was in and out withing 2 hours start to finish and very happy with the vehicle we got. Wont be in the market for a few years, but If I was, I would return to her just because of how awesome she was. I will follow her if she moves around, she was that professional and nice. No one likes a "salesperson" who makes them feel shady. In her case, I felt like family.
