We made an appointment Lavonda had the vehicle ready for me to inspect and test drive. She covered every aspect of the vehicle answered all my questions and made sure my concerns were addressed before I agreed to make the purchase. Lavonda reached out three times following the purchase over the following month to make sure all was well and I was satisfied with the new vehicle. In conclusion I am very satisfied.
