Lavonda was very persistent but respectfully patient with my decision to purchasing the car. She made my visit to Lunghamer welcoming yet professional and personal was a few of her greatest assets. Lavonda also made me feel as if there wasn't anything I could not ask her that she'd try and find a answer for...So , thank you Lahonda and keep up the good sales work.

Lavonda is a very personable sales associate. I originally called to inquire if the vehicle was still available per the online add. We made an appointment Lavonda had the vehicle ready for me to inspect and test drive. She covered every aspect of the vehicle answered all my questions and made sure my concerns were addressed before I agreed to make the purchase. Lavonda reached out three times following the purchase over the following month to make sure all was well and I was satisfied with the new vehicle. In conclusion I am very satisfied.
