Melissa was great. The service time was not. If you are going to allow customers to schedule oil changes, do not stretch an oil change into something else. Make another appointment for that person to come back to get new tires or whatever part they need. I was there over two hours for a 30 minute oil change and was late getting back to work.

My experience with MELISSA was excellent. Greeted me as I drove in as approximately 30 minutes early. Get me a breast of what was going on the entire time that I was there. I believe she has been my customer care service person more than one time wouldn’t ask for anybody else caring time knowledgeable thank you MELISSA.
