Melissa is personable, attentive, thorough and a great problem solver. If she can't help me she will put me in the direction of someone who can. She has never "dropped The ball" she has excellent follow through and has gotten back to me in a timely manner. Melissa is an excellent Service advisor. Lunghamer is lucky to have her.
