Melissa is the best! Melissa is kind, courteous, pleasant and professional. Provides service to your vehicle expeditiously working seamlessly between department. I had body work done along with A part recall and tire balancing on my '25 Chevy Equinox EV. She coordinated parts delivery along with labor time for repair and service and was able to have my car ready as promised.

Amazing service! Everything was explained very well, knew exactly what the issues were, repair costs, and what was being done to my vehicle. Melissa was excellent, very nice and knew the answers to any questions I had. Even gave recommendations for small repairs they couldn't take care of at the dealership.
