We noticed there was a large gap between the carpet and kick panel. We compared it to a vehicle on the lot and it was not correct. The tech explained it was probably from the bunched-up carpet which may have pushed out the kick panel. As far as the tech was concerned, that was that. I said, replace the kick panel if that is the issue. After an eye roll from Nick, he took the vehicle back to the tech a second time. Turns out the tech failed to remove and replace a pad from the original carpet to the new carpet. We did not appreciate the sarcastic eye roll. Nick apologized for the mistake, not the eye roll.

My experience with Nicholas was great. He was very friendly and professional. It didn’t take long for the service department to check my tires and Nicholas explained how they did check the tires. The whole transaction went very well.
