Here’s a little about me: I've been a Service Advisor for Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet for three years, though it feels like a lifetime in the best way. My experience before here was not in the same industry. I'm known and loved by "Yes Y e s," and I like to think I’ve earned that reputation by always being straightforward. I make sure to give people the information they need to make smart choices about their vehicles. I explain what needs immediate attention and what can wait, and I'm good at that. I am a big fan of football and I’ve seen every state in America. When I'm not helping customers, I'm usually working on a puzzle. I'm passionate about helping people, and I enjoy talking about just about anything. And when it comes to cars, I like helping people get them running right and telling them how it is. It's a job I enjoy.

I very much like working with Ralph. He consideres my input and provides excellent customer service. On the most recent service visit, he recommended an oil change that might resolve an engine light condition, which turned out to be the case. Saved me time and money with more repairs. I have told me spouse to ask for him when he needs service.
